;- Each person in our media class had to create an idea for the way they would like the magazine show to run, the name, the details...etc. We then each had to present our ideas to the class, either by just speaking or using images on the board. We all sat in around the tables and presented our plans one person at a time. After hearing all the ideas, we then had to vote for who we thought had the best main idea, however, if we particularly liked ideas from other people, we said what we would add from theirs.
;- After giving my idea, I feel that there was a positive responce to it, no one argued against it or questioned me, so I feel i sold my idea the best that I could.
;- I voted for Amrit's plan for the main idea. He had called his show YOLO which I did not like, however, I liked the main idea of having pre-recorded random things that the audience can send in, such as;
- Planking images
- Running out in the rain
- Exciting things that teenagers would do...
;- I thought this would be good and entertaining and related to the age range of 14-20 because that is when we are young and would do crazy outrageous things and this would draw the audience in. Amrit had explained the show would run for 30 minutes, which met the brief, and would also be aired on E4.
;- I think that the name needed to change, YOLO is a very overused word and I dont think it suites the style and theme of the show, so I would use a mix of Shriyas name Trapstar and TV to show its about stars and music. I also liked Keren's idea for colour scheme, ORANGE and GREEN this is because its not too girlish but not too boyish which I think is good for this type of show.
